Nahtour 5 St.Gallen - Planet Trail

Each meter on the planet hiking trail through our solar system corresponds to a journey of 1 million kilometers in space. The models of the sun, planets, and moons are to scale, as are the distances between them. The hike leads from the sun past Venus to Earth and the Moon in the Botanical Garden. Afterwards, it goes via Stephanshorn over field paths to Mörschwil and Obersteinach. Along the way, you encounter Jupiter, Saturn, etc., and finally Pluto.

During this hike, you walk through green meadows with fruit trees and through forests. In addition, you enjoy a wonderful view of Lake Constance.
