Murmeli and Flower Trail No. 24

At the beginning of this trail, you follow the sections of the Ultra Trail routes E101 and E51 until you reach the Grosse Scheidegg. From here, the so-called Murmeliweg leads over the Schilt in a gentle up and down to the First. Those who have a bit more time can inform themselves on two information boards along the path about the lifestyle of these furry rodents. With a bit of luck, you can also see the animals foraging. From First, you go along the beautiful flower path with its lush fauna over the Bachalpsee to the Berggasthaus Waldspitz. Those who need energy can refresh themselves with coffee and cake on the sun terrace. Then you return back to the village via Bort.
