Monastery of Muri – Still Reuss Rottenschwil

The detour to the monastery of Muri, founded almost 1,000 years ago, takes only 5 minutes. Thematic tours and dialogical workshops about the monastery and the museums are offered there for school classes. The next milestone is Murimoos, a paradise for children with its playgrounds, animals, and picnic areas. The third highlight of this hike is the nature trails Still Reuss / Giriz, Rottenschwil and the Flachsee Unterlunkhofen. These enable insights into three attractive nature reserves of the Reuss valley. The Reusstal Foundation also offers various guided tours for school classes.

There is also the possibility to continue hiking along the Flachsee and the Reuss to Bremgarten station. Hiking time approx. 1 hour.
