Meadows, forest paths, and hares

The hike from Urnäsch via Folenweid and Kernenmüli to Waldstatt may seem unspectacular at first glance. However, those who prefer secluded paths and have an eye for the beauties of nature will be fully rewarded. It is quite possible that a hare will hop across the meadow, roe deer will graze at the edge of the forest, and a red kite will circle in the sky.  Text & photos by Jolanda Spengler
