Maloja - Isola - Maloja

The hiking trail opens up wonderful views of Lake Sils and the three-thousand-metre peaks north of the lake. In the village of Isola, which is not accessible by car during winter, you can stop at the Lagrev restaurant and refresh yourself for the way back. The route is the same, now with a view southwest into the Bergell valley.

When it is cold enough from mid-January, the hiking trail on the frozen lake is also prepared.

Attention: the lakeside hiking trail from Isola further towards Sils Maria is not an official winter hiking trail.
