Litzirüti - Langwies

The winter hiking route starts at Litzirüti station. At the beginning, the trail leads along the Prätschwaldstraße through the village, then continues through the Prätschwald to a forest clearing past a farm. Soon the impressive steel-concrete structure of the Langwies Viaduct becomes visible. The winter hiking route takes you directly under the railway bridge where the Fondeierbach and the Plessur flow together. From there you can admire the structure again from a different perspective. After a short climb you will soon reach the destination of the hike, the station in Langwies.
