Laufenburger ACHT

With the «Laufenburger ACHT» a cross-border circular hike has been created in an entertaining way: Those who undertake this adventure hike can explore the history of the High Rhine gem Laufenburg while experiencing international flair. Hikers cross the national borders three times at the power plant's weir crossing, the Laufenbrücke, and the Hochrheinbrücke – yet always remain in Laufenburg. The route impresses with picturesque neighborhoods, idyllic river landscapes, and also interesting technical structures such as a dam. Two suspension bridges and two footbridges also belong to the attractions of the hike. With various adventure stations, hikers repeatedly encounter opportunities for playing and discovering along the way. Thanks to the adorable mascot LauRhy, the route is suitable for all generations.
