Kleine Scheidegg - Alpiglen - Brandegg (No. 64)

The train conveniently takes you from Grindelwald or via Lauterbrunnen-Wengen to the mountain station at Kleine Scheidegg. The spectacular view of the Eiger North Face will take your breath away upon arrival. 

Follow the purple-marked winter hiking trail downhill via Arvengarten, Mettla, to the Berghaus Alpiglen and enjoy the magnificent panoramic view over the Grindelwald valley. The Berghaus invites you to recharge with coffee and delicious cake. From Alpiglen, you could take the easier option and board the train towards Grindelwald - or you can also master the next part on foot. The next destination is Brandegg. Here, you can also board the train. For those not yet satisfied, you can also walk the entire route back to the valley.
