Description
We start in Filzbach at the parking lot of the Sports Centre Kerenzerberg and ride the bike on the forest road to the Alp Habergschwänd. At the end of the unpaved road, a singletrail (approx. 1 km) leads to the restaurant of the same name. After a short descent, Lake Talalpsee invites you to swim and the mountain restaurant Talalpsee to stop for refreshments.
From Alp Talhütten, a rough, partly steeply descending hiking trail leads to Hüttenbergstrasse. More demanding sections await enduring bikers on the descent to Mühlehorn. Here, on the shores of Lake Walen, lies the lowest point on this route.
From then on, it goes uphill with a pleasant gradient on the paved, old Kerenzerberg road via Voglingen to Obstalden and from there further on Kerenzerberg road back to the starting point in Filzbach. For others, there is a train station in Mühlehorn.
