Jschalp - Clavadel

For the hike, take the Jakobshorn to the middle station Jschalp. The hike is also ideal for families! From the Jschalp middle station, first walk a short stretch on a wide road under the Jakobshorn gondola before it becomes a narrow hiking trail. The path then leads through a beautiful forest that goes a bit up and down repeatedly. But it never gets steep. In the forest, there is a high chance you will encounter some squirrels. In the larger forest clearings, marmots also often sunbathe. At the end of the forest, the path widens again and shortly thereafter you will see the valley station of the Clavadeler Bubble chairlift. Along the path in the forest, you will also find a barbecue spot for a break. We also recommend the short detour to the Clavadel show dairy with restaurant (about 5 minutes on foot). Just follow the signs for this. Then continue on a forest road towards Clavadel. At the end of the forest, you will already see the Höhenklinik. Just below the clinic is the bus stop where you can comfortably take the post bus back to Davos.
