Hike Chappelbodenbrücke – Schüpfheim

The Emme riverside path follows the 60 km long Kleine Emme in the canton of Lucerne along almost its entire length. A large part of the route leads through pleasantly shady floodplain forest. Between the trees, beautiful views of the Emme open up again and again. Over time, the current has washed out bizarre formations from the Nagelfluh bed in several places. Elsewhere, gravel banks and large boulders shape the riverside landscape.
