Heiden circular route

From Heiden, hike on the trail towards Grub AR to the Mattenbachtobel. Since the end of April 2019, a spectacular suspension bridge has connected the sister communities of Grub AR and Grub SG here. Then continue hiking to the highlight of this circular route - the Five-Country View. A fantastic view over Lake Constance and our neighboring countries awaits you. A detour to the Rossbüchel inn or Treichli restaurant is worthwhile in every respect. The route then follows sections through forests and meadows to Wartensee Castle. From there, you travel comfortably back to Heiden with the Appenzeller Bahnen.
