Heart region: Samedan-Celerina-Samedan

Symbolically, the circular hike through the upper part of the heart region starts at the 0 kilometre marker near the Protestant village church of Samedan. It leads along the church of San Peter to the valley station of the Survih ski lift via the Cristolais Nature Lovers' Hut with a never-ending view of Muottas Muragl and the Bernina massif to Celerina. The hike leads straight through Celerina towards the church of San Gian. Shortly before the church, the path turns left and the last few kilometres on flat terrain to the ox bridge, along the Flaz and Inn rivers are taken under the soles before the hiking circle closes again in the centre of Samedan.
