Description
The five-kilometer route leads from the Gotschnaboden station, which is accessible with the first section of the Gotschnabahn, down to Klosters valley. The route offers flowing riding fun for beginners as well as for dedicated downhillers.
On the route you will find over 30 tables, berms, various drops, steep wall turns and Northshore elements. The Gotschna Freeride route impresses with pure riding fun thanks to the moderately steep terrain from Gotschnaboden down to the valley station of the Gotschnabahn. In summer 2020 the route was completely reshaped and a new flowing section with berms and two new drops was created.
The route is suitable for beginners, there is always the possibility to bypass obstacles. However, on the first descent we recommend adjusting your speed accordingly and inspecting the individual elements.
The trail is open from the end of June to mid-October. During this time the Gotschnabahn on Parsenn is also open for passenger and bike transport.
