The hike from Glaubenbielen to the Sattel Pass and from there via Seween to Flühli is a long hike through the breathtaking moorland landscapes of the Entlebuch Biosphere. Moors are among the rarest and most valuable habitats in Switzerland. In the UNESCO Entlebuch Biosphere there are a total of 46 raised bogs and transition mires as well as 68 fens of national importance with a total area of approx. 26 km².
The hiking tour starts at the Glaubenbielen parking lot and continues towards Sattelpass via Miesenegg to Sewenseeli. There is a small chapel with several benches above the Sewenseeli. Enjoy the fantastic views here during a longer break - it's well worth it. From Sewen you hike uphill, again through fascinating moorland to . From there you cross alpine meadows and forests to the Chessimätteli suspension bridge. The 65-metre-long bridge towers high above the Chessloch gorge. So close your eyes and keep going before taking a short 10-minute detour to the Chessiloch waterfall. You then hike via Kragen to Hüttlenen and, after carefully crossing the main road, along the Emmenuferweg to the village of Flühli.
