Fürhörnli

Description
We start the route this morning in Parpan. From there, we pedal leisurely uphill on paved roads. Our destination: the Churer Joch. Here begins the first descent: steep downhill, with many roots adding a bit of adrenaline. The downhill is consistently challenging but flowy to ride with some riding technique. The first descent fun ends in Chur.
We take a small city tour by bike and refuel in one of the numerous restaurants. Now we are ready for the second part of our route. From Chur, we now go up to Fürhörnli. Either under our own power or up to Maladers by post bus, which saves around 400 meters in elevation. And this energy might come in handy later because the ascent—although on paved paths—eventually becomes mercilessly steep.
Arriving at Fürhörnli, we are almost breathless. Wow, what a panorama! The mountain drops almost vertically, and we have a first-class view over the city and the Rhine valley. And the best comes last, as is known: the descent, which drops over 1300 meters and many excellent trails down to Chur.
