From Ftan to Sent

From Ftan, a modern chairlift leads to the viewpoint Prui. Passing typical alpine pastures, you reach the Motta Naluns ski area. The viewing terrace of the mountain station offers an opportunity to enjoy an unobstructed view over the mountains all the way to Italy. Now follow the Via Engiadina signposts towards Salez, Sent. Uphill past the ski lifts, then downhill over a wooden bridge to the adventurous suspension bridge. In the next section towards Salez, the trail repeatedly crosses small streams and passes alpine meadows – time for a rest with a view over Scuol. After the Vastur signpost, the view opens up to Sent. The church tower points sharply to the sky. In Sent, stately houses and palazzi line the village square.
