Start is at the public parking lot in Farnern. From there, you immediately walk the steepest part of the route to the famous Bettlerküche. After another small ascent, the path continues along the panoramic route to Hinteregg. From there, the path leads downhill or all the way to the end. Along the way, there are cozy barbecue spots, restaurants, or seating areas.
