Duty Free Ride Laret-Samnaun [SwissMobility no. 697]

From the valley station of the double-decker cable car you reach Alp Trida via the trail «697 Trider Sattel». Here the freeride trail starts gently along the alp path next to the Mühlbach. After 600 meters the trail leaves the alp path. The terrain gets steeper and the trail turns in fast curves towards Unteralp. At Unteralp stands the Alpstein, one of the largest erratic boulders in Switzerland. From here it goes about one kilometer less winding but still nicely descending along the slope down until you reach the Mühlbach again. Now it goes quite directly towards Samnaun-Laret. Back to the valley station of the cable cars it is about 2 km along a lightly ascending road.
