Circular hike Steckborn

The circular hiking route starts at the train station and is continuously marked with yellow-blue signposts. First, it goes to the spacious Feldbach, where a fire pit is located in a dreamlike location on the shore of the Untersee. This spot is also a popular excursion destination for swimmers. Then follows a section along the Speckbach before the path gently ascends and runs along the forest edge. Soon, the Hard fire pit is reached, where a rest is worthwhile just because of the breathtaking view.

It continues through meadows and fields. As soon as the road to Berlingen is reached, the path turns sharply left and always leads back along the forest edge to Steckborn. After a short descent through the village, the starting point is soon reached. A short walk through the alleys of Steckborn at the end is also worth it. Witnesses of past eras can be discovered everywhere: remains of the city walls and worth-seeing old town houses.
