Description
The start is at 1,240 m above sea level at the monastery in Churwalden. From there, it goes through the village and then towards Büel, Foppa. From Foppa, it goes downhill via Mittelberg to Parpan. Over the Parpan height to Valbella and finally once around Lake Heid to the finish in the village of Lenzerheide.
