Chli Morgarten - Müllern sledding route

Add a little exercise, some fresh air – and as much action as possible when the sled rushes down the path. The ascent on foot requires some stamina, but the descent afterwards is twice as much fun.

The machine-prepared path is about 1200 meters long and easily accessible from the station or the Rothenthurm multipurpose building, where public parking spaces are available. Give it a try: Who will be the fastest at the finish?

The path is groomed whenever there is enough snow.

Ascent route description:

For the sledding path, we start at Rothenthurm station. Then we head towards Müllernstrasse and Müllern. At Müllern, the path goes uphill towards Gärtenboden, which is known from the Krafthweg with its barbecue area. The path continues a little further uphill – the steepest part is done – to Chli Morgarten or Morgartengaden. And now the thrilling sled descent is well deserved.
