Bubikon – Laupen – Bubikon: “Hiltisberg route”

After starting at the historically and culturally interesting Ritterhaus, the route goes past the golf course through the Rütiwald to Rüti ZH. Then you climb some elevation on natural roads and forest paths and reach the hamlet of Mettlen, where you turn right and get to Hiltisberg. The restaurant invites you to make a stop and refresh yourself while enjoying the view of the Zurich Oberland. You then continue on forest paths to Laupen and Wald. A short climb to Blattenbach is rewarded with a rapid descent into Töbeli. From Oberdürnten, the route leads back on dirt roads to the Ritterhaus in Bubikon, where a visit to the museum is a pleasant way to relax.
