Bort - Mühlebach (No. 59)

The starting point of this scenic winter hike is the Bort station. From Grindelwald, the gondola takes you up to the intermediate station Bort, where you can first enjoy the view of the stunning mountain panorama of the Jungfrau Region. The Bort station offers, besides the cozy sun terrace of the Berghaus Bort, a mountain playground where the little hikers can let off steam.

The groomed and marked winter hiking trail leads you via Mühlebach back to the village of Grindelwald in about 1.5 hours. At the beginning, the path winds downhill along the little road to Regenmatte. From Regenmatte, the path continues on the right, along the ski and sledding slope until you reach the Mühlebach Schule bus stop. Here you have the option to take the bus back to the village center or walk back to the village in about 30 minutes.
