Bike tour along the Rhine to Basel from Badenweiler

On this route, you enjoy a pleasant calm. You cycle along the Rhine on a very good gravel path, which is marked as a bicycle path. The route mostly runs at the edge of a forested area and is therefore well sheltered from the wind. Once you arrive in Basel, you will find the beautiful old town of Basel with all its shops and historic buildings. The Rhine, which runs through the city center, offers a very pleasant atmosphere with its riverbank steps. The return route leads you somewhat away from the Rhine on a plateau to the north. From this plateau, you have a constant great view of the Vosges, the Black Forest and the Rhine. From Basel, you can return by train to Müllheim.
