Bernina–Poschiavo (La Rösa)

From Pontresina, follow the singletrail north of the pass road up to the Montebello curve and then take the marked mountain bike path via Bernina Suot to the Bernina Pass. At the pass summit, a trail branches off to the right, from which you can reach the pass road further down. After a few meters, a meadow path climbs up, which then becomes a first-class singletrail and eventually leads to La Rösa. From there, it goes directly to Sfazù, a little along the road, a short ascent on a gravel path, and then begins the world-class section on the historic path to San Carlo. After Poschiavo, it’s just a stone's throw away. Return to the Bernina Pass by the Rhaetian Railway, from where you ideally cycle back up the ascent route to Pontresina.
