The well-marked hiking trail runs along the lake to Wiedehorn. From there, the path continues over Fetzisloh towards Burkhartshaus – Burckhartsuelihaus. Turn right at the Burkartshof restaurant and follow the hiking trail to the hamlet of Hüslen.

There, turn right onto the paved road to the hamlet of Erbel. At the beginning of the hamlet, turn left onto the natural road. After the hamlet, continue straight at the orchard, along a beautiful birch avenue into the forest.

After Lömmenschwil, the hiking trail leads back toward the lake. Time and again, a wonderful view over Oberthurgau opens up.
