Baslersch Chopf

The Baslersch Chopf and the Sentisch Horn (2,827 m.a.s.l.) start off identically. Depending on the conditions and shape you can also choose the other summit. From the Tschuggen car park, the ascent begins along the pass road to the Wägerhus. Here you leave the road and go through a short steep slope to the big plain. Now continue uphill over the long plateau, keeping north-west and crossing the whole plain. Now it gets a little steeper. Via the Gulgerigen Furgga (2'571 m.a.s.l.) one reaches the summit of the Basler Chopf. The descent first follows the ascent route across the plain. Shortly before the Tällichopf (2'342 m.a.s.l.) one leaves the ascent route and can go down the slope directly to the pass road.
