Balmberg–Chamben circuit

The highlight of this circular hike starting from the Kurhaus Balmberg is the rocky Chamben. It majestically towers over the Hofbergli. The view is at least worth a photo. The path continues via Hintere Schmiedenmatt to the rear Hofbergli. Along the way, the view of the Bernese Alps and the Three Lakes Region is impressive. From Hofbergli, the brave can balance across the first suspension bridge in the canton of Solothurn to Niederwieler Stierenberg. The rope bridge is 50 meters long.
