Ahornalp circular hike

The starting point is the Ahornalp, a beautiful viewpoint at 1,136 m above sea level. The hike starts at the mountain restaurant Ahornalp and leads east along the border path towards "Chatzerschwand". At "Chatzerschwand" the path splits. We continue following the white signpost towards "Seppi a de Wiggere resting place". Before reaching the resting place, we stop at a wonderful panoramic bench under a mighty tree. We hike past the resting place and come to the next junction. There we choose the route that leads back to "Chatzerschwand". The path leads through forest and over fields. Upon reaching "Chatzerschwand", the route returns briefly on the known way back to Ahorn.
