Over 20 information boards accompany you on the 8 km long nature trail from Giraniga up to the Sassli fireplace. Then continue over the 44-meter-long suspension bridge over the Schlettertobel. Crossing the ravine over the suspension bridge, about 16 m above the creek bed, becomes a small test of courage for some! After a short ascent, the unique panoramic view awaits you at the Plàmpoort fireplace (1676 m above sea level) below the Kartitscha. This viewpoint allows you to identify all mountain peaks of the opposite mountain ranges and offers a breathtaking panorama.

The Plàmpoort fireplace, equipped with drinking water from the spring and a blockhouse-style toilet building, invites you to linger and relax. The descent to Miraniga and Meierhof becomes a walk with views in various directions of the Surselva. Once with a view to Chur, and in the other direction to Disentis, as well as on the opposite valley side to the beautiful mountain panorama. The educational trail reflects the immediate interactions between humans, nature, and landscape.
