This hiking trail is excellent for enjoying the impressive panorama with views of the imposing Rhine Gorge and learning about our solar system along the way, as the first part features an astronomical educational trail about our solar system. On the 1.5-kilometer-long, well-developed planet educational trail, we cover the distance from the fixed star Sun to the planet Pluto, which corresponds to a distance of about 5.9 billion kilometers or a scale of 1:4 billion.
