At the Insel Schwanau restaurant, the focus is on traditional dishes as well as modern interpretations of Schwyz cuisine. The dishes are prepared with minimal use of artificial additives and preservatives. We use seasonal, fresh and regional produce.
3-course surprise menu
You will enjoy a 3-course surprise menu comprising a starter, main course and dessert. The menu is served between 11.30 am and 2 pm or between 5.30 pm and 9 pm. Drinks are not included and must be ordered and paid for on site. Special dietary requirements, such as vegetarian options, can be requested directly at the restaurant.
