With the Voralpen-Express, you can travel in comfort from anywhere in the Ostwind fare network to Wattwil, change there to the special bus with a reserved seat and travel directly to the Chäserrugg ski area without any detours. There are 50 kilometers of pistes with varied runs between Chäserrugg, Unterwasser and Alt St. Johann.

Feel your skis and your body on 50 kilometers of slopes and enjoy the vastness: Between the summit of Chäserrugg, Unterwasser and Alt St. Johann, winter sports enthusiasts can expect a wide variety of slopes and challenges.
The long descent
After a leisurely start over the broad ridge of the Chäserrugg, the route leads from the Stöfeli mountain inn down the forest slope through the "Schwiloch" towards Alp Sellamatt. From there, the descent to Alt St. Johann covers a total of 8.5 kilometers.
Exciting architecture
The summit building by renowned architects Herzog & de Meuron blends gently into the Toggenburg mountain landscape and emphasizes the unique silhouette of the Churfirsten. The valley station was also redesigned by the architects.
