The wide range of in-house products includes around 15 fondue mixes, which are produced seasonally and ready to cook. The Chäsi fondue is a hit. All Dorf-Chsäi products can be purchased at TRIO SPAR, Chrüzmatte 1, 6133 Hergiswil b. W.
A look behind the scenes? On a booked guided tour, master cheesemaker Toni will be happy to explain how the milk delivered is processed into Emmentaler AOP. He will tell you everything you ever wanted to know about cheese-making and you can taste a Möckli Emmentaler from his cheese cellar.
Opening Hours
The farmers deliver fresh milk every day. Emmentaler and many of our own products are made from it.
All products can be purchased at the large cheese counter and the refrigerated shelves in the SPAR-TRIO village store, Chrüzmatte 1, 6133 Hergiswil b. W., can be purchased.
