The house speciality is the chestnut cake, winner of the silver medal at the swiss bakery trophy 2006. The nut cake won the gold medal in 2008.

Chestnut Festival During the programme of the annual Festival della Castagna in October, numerous local chestnut specialities can be tasted. For example, cakes, ice cream, biscuits, pasta, liqueur and beer.
