Our fine specialties are, for over 40 years, with much care, much attention to detail with high quality raw materials skillfully produced. We source the raw materials as locally and regionally as possible, such as Bio Suisse buds honey and eggs. Bio Suisse buds mountain rye, naked oats, Bio Suisse buds wheat as well as Bio Suisse buds butter, milk and cream are all grown and produced in our beautiful Val Müstair.
