Matzendorf Museum of Ceramics
Description
Matzendorf Museum of Ceramics: Tin-glazed and stoneware products (1798 –1883), fireproof earthenware (1884–1959), oven tiles (1800–1959), products from the “Von der Mühll” era (1927–1959) and “Rössler” porcelain (1960–2004) complement each other. 72 valuable and exemplary loan items from the museums of Basel, Bern, Olten, Solothurn und Zurich complete the exhibition. The collection of historic crockery is therefore unique in Switzerland.
