Feller farm shop, Ruchwil

In spring, the cherry blossoms on the trees in the meadow bloom beautifully and invite you to stop for a photo. In summer, the cherries are harvested and sold in the farm shop. The fruit from the Feller farm shop grows on high-stem trees. These are fruit trees in their original form with a trunk at least 1,60 metres high and a broad crown. The care of these trees is very costly for producers and the chances of yield are somewhat lower. However, from a nature conservation point of view, they provide important food and shelter for sometimes even rare animal species such as little owls, for which the standard trees offer an ideal breeding ground. This stopover is guaranteed to sweeten the e-bike tour.
