Castle garden Riggisberg

For several centuries, Riggisberg Castle served as a residence for statesmen and for the fulfilment of their duties. Today, the old manor house is a special place - it provides an anchor and a home for people with mental and intellectual disabilities.

The castle garden is open to the public. On a trip to Riggisberg, you can marvel at the old architecture of the castle and enjoy a walk through the inviting castle park.

The fountain centre is located in the immediate vicinity of the castle gardens. Here you can enjoy one of the delicious daily specials or just coffee and cake. There is also a "Lädeli" (small shop) right next door with all kinds of home-made items from the residents' workshops.
