We are a fifth-generation family business that produces high-quality bakery, patisserie and confectionery products. Our strength lies in the fact that we make our products ourselves from scratch. Our specialties include wood-fired bread, our own sourdough, the pretzel, the "Glückswellen", the "Maierisli", the popular cream slices and the delicious vanilla croissants, as well as a host of other unique products. We also train apprentices and help shape the future of our industry.
