Azienda Agricola Bianchi

Johanniter, Bronner and Solaris are the grape varieties cultivated to obtain white wines, whereas red wine and sparkling rosé are produced using new varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon. Since 2012 the farm also cultivates Merlot, Syrah and Chardonnay for winemaking in compliance with organic production rules. The family farm can count on the two sons, Martino (winemaker) and Gabriele (oenologist), who help in going on with their parents’ activity. The new wine cave, built in 2017, is conceived to take advantage of the technique of gravity flow winemaking.
