A 1.2 km play trail is equipped with very special play equipment designed to appeal to the senses of children and the young at heart. With two play zones, the Noah's Ark playground, the giant chess game, the #swingtheworld swing and the amusing treasure hunt, families are sure to get their money's worth. A 2-seater chairlift runs from Cardada to Cimetta parallel to the railroad axis, allowing guests to enjoy the breathtaking panorama during the ride. The highest point in Cimetta is designed as a geological observation station with a 360° panoramic view, which is a large, circular platform carved into the side of the rock bands. From here you can see both the lowest (Lake Maggiore) and the highest point (Dufourspitze in the Monte Rosa massif) in Switzerland.
Five restaurants and mountain huts spoil you with Ticino specialties and for sports enthusiasts there are 3 Helsana Nordic Walking trails, an orienteering route, the "397" mountain bike trail and a launch site for paragliders.
