From the Flims valley station, the route first takes you to the Prau la Selva sports center, from here it goes along forest roads through the Flims Grosswald forest past Lag Tuleritg and the picturesque Caumasee lake to the Conn viewing platform. Here you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the Rhine Gorge, the Swiss Grand Canyon. At the Conn Restaurant, bikers can treat themselves to specialties from the region. The tour continues on natural roads down to the lowest point of the tour. In Trin Digg, you pass the fortress museum Sperre Trin before continuing from there via a short climb up to Lake Cresta. After a refreshing swim in Crestasee, the tour continues through the Flimserwald forest and along the Felsbachschlucht gorge on natural roads back to Flims. The tour is also ideal as an e-bike tour for beginners and families with children's trailers.
