The wonderful colours of late summer and autumn

Autumn time is harvest time. The branches of the fruit trees can barely carry their heavy loads any longer, the farmers bring in the last of the silage, cows, sheep and goats frolic on the lush meadows. Agriculture, including Kabier cattle, trout and crayfish farms, is omnipresent on the trail from Haslen via Horgenbüel to Enggenhütten and back to Haslen via Rüti. And the Buechbach and Sitter streams meander between Innerrhoden and Ausserrhoden.
