The big Faulhorn tour W4

This up- & downhill winter trail really has it all! From Grindelwald it follows the winter hiking trail in the direction of the Bort middle station. The winter hiking trail & sledging run then leads to the Schreckfeld station and on to the First. If hunger strikes along the way, you can stop for a bite to eat at the Bort mountain inn, the Schreckfeld mountain restaurant, the First mountain inn or Adi's Skibar. Continue your uphill ascent along the winter hiking trail towards the Faulhorn. This is where the longest sledging run in Europe (15 kilometres) starts where you can head down the mountain to the Bussalp. After a snack in the mountain restaurant you can walk the last part of the route or take the bus back to Grindelwald.
