Glacial potholes ... a unique natural phenomenon
After a breathtaking train ride, you are immersed in the beautiful surroundings of Alp Grüm ... imposing glacier, small lakes and an overwhelming view of Valposchiavo and the Bergamasque Alps. From here you descend to Cavaglia where you can visit the 'Glacier Garden'. For the return, you take the challenging climb along the Lägh da Palü, glacier lake at the foot of the 3900m high Piz Palü.
