Ski tour from Urnerboden over the Gämsfairenstock to the Claridenhütte in the Glarus Alps

On the way between Fisetenpass and Gämsfairenstock, the path winds over an impressive natural stone arch—here, with little snow, a few tricky hairpin turns are needed to overcome a terrain step. The higher you get, the more the beautiful nature opens up all around. Truly something for mountain lovers. A beautiful round trip straight into the heart of the Glarus Alps. And the Claridenhütte rounds off the mountain experience. From the Claridenhütte, several great routes can be planned. First and foremost, of course, the Tödi, the dominant peak of this region. The terrain around the Hüfifirn is also very promising. After the Claridenhütte, it is best to continue on to undertake further tours from the Planurahütte.
