Silvaplana Explorer view points: Circular hike Crest'Alta, Crap Alv, waterfall

There is a lot to discover on this circular hike. At the Crest'Alta view point, where a restaurant operated until 1964, you have a view of the Piz peninsula and Silvaplana. The Crap Alv view point offers a wonderful view over Lake Silvaplana, Sils and the Piz da la Margna. The Ova da Sagl waterfall is very impressive due to the snow melt in early summer. Down by the waterfall, on the shore of Lake Silvaplana, is the Nietzsche Stone. It was possible to observe him sitting on this stone on the shore of Lake Silvaplana and forming his thoughts. Among other things, the idea of the eternal return came to him here - the basic concept for his main poetic work "Also sprach Zarathustra". The castle of Crap da Sass, which dates from the castle romantic period, can be admired from the path, but is not open to the public.
