Description

The Runca Trail is undisputedly the best flow trail in Switzerland. The easy to intermediate trail offers a lot of variety for experienced riders but also for beginners collecting their first trail experiences. The Runca Trail is already rideable in early spring. The start is at the Flims valley station, from there you follow bike route 12G about 300 meters uphill to the Runca Height. From the start at the Flims valley station, go a few meters along the village street and then turn left, here the ascent begins. Passing historic buildings and farms you reach the outskirts of Flims. From here the path leads through the forest up to Punt Gronda and the Runca Height. Once there, you can refresh yourself at the Runca Height restaurant if needed. Then it goes directly to the entrance of the Runca Trail. As a rookie you roll over simple waves, as a pro you jump or surf over doubles, tables and waves. With its various jumps and berms, the Runca Trail is a playground that guarantees maximum flow. 

The route is suitable for beginners and advanced riders and can also be ridden well with e-bikes. Secure riding on easy flow trails is a prerequisite.
